LEGACY STUDENTS - (S.E.A.L.E.D. VARSITY)

(9TH GRADE to 12TH GRADE - Wednesday Nights)

SEALED Varsity meet in the Sanctuary for worship on Sunday mornings.

They also meet on Wednesday nights in a time of fellowship, worship and the Word from 6:15-7:30pm.

It is our goal that a spiritual legacy foundation is being built on at this stage in life.  We want to equip them in biblical doctrines, life applications, ministry tools, spiritual gifts and as well as adding to their own spiritual legacy.   Legacy Students will help them to develop their personal relationship with Jesus and others as the grow into Men and Women of God.

If you have any questions, please contact Jordan Lemley, Student Minister.

Jordan Lemley

Intern Student Minister

Jordan grew up in Genoa, Arkansas, and graduated from Genoa High School in 2013. Today, he lives just half-a-mile from the school with his wife of 11 years, Myka, and son, Hoyt.  Genoa has always been home for Jordan, and he counts it a blessing to serve the very community where he was raised.

Jordan came to know Jesus at the age of seven when his grandpa walked him through the Romans Road. Even as a child, he felt the Lord calling him into ministry, he just didn’t realize it then.  In October of 2023, God deepened his walk with Him and made that call undeniable. As Jordan grew closer to Christ, his desire to serve became stronger.  In 2024, he began volunteering with the youth ministry, which God used to confirm that calling and prepare him for the role of Student Minister.

When he is not serving with students, Jordan enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing and spending time outdoors. Family is very important to him, and he loves every moment he gets with Myka and Hoyt.

Jordan's favorite verse is Matthew 6:33: “But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.”  This verse reminds him daily to keep Christ at the center of everything, including ministry.

If there’s one thing Jordan would want students and parents to know about him, it’s this: "I am committed to standing firmly on the truth of God’s Word. I will not compromise scripture and my heart is to see students grow in Christ, build a faith that lasts, and live boldly for the glory of God."
